One of the consistent things I hear from independent professionals is that they don't have the time and many times the skill needed to create marketing materials such as this easy-to-complete postcard.   • Space for them to add their information - Name, title, organization, address, phone, and fax.  A comment line completes this area.  This means that you will receive a response faster.
